Champions are a vital part of TalentDreamsThey're invaluable resources to our member community of Dreamers. Do you feel like you've been fortunate in your life, have something to give back and are ready to do so?! We'd love to consider you as a potential Champion for TalentDreams. The lift is small (as little as 30 minutes at a time, as often as you want) and the impact you could make is huge.
So what does it mean to be a Champion?Being a Champion simply means you're willing to make time for one 30-minute call with a Member (Dreamer) of TalentDreams who would like to hear about your experience, how you got to where you are, or what helped you do the things you have. Dreamers are youth and young adults from ages 15-22.

Through our mission, we strive to empower our community's youth and young adults to tap into their potential, and develop the confidence and skills to become the leaders they were born to be.
Our goal is to make mentorship and leadership resources easily accessible to all our Dreamers. We want to help educate, challenge, inspire, and support the youth of our community. As Champion, you play a key role in helping us achieve this.
How it WorksDreamers are able to create an account, develop a profile that includes things they're interested in learning more about, and our matching technology will identify the Champions from our database best suited for them to speak with. Once the Champion agrees to meet with the Dreamer, we schedule the meeting which is then done over Zoom.
