TalentDreams is an online mentoring platform that connects Members, with Mentors. Members are ages 15-22, and we call them Dreamers. Mentors come from all walks of life and we call them Champions. Champions are amazing resources for our Dreamers to tap into and learn from.
The TalentDreams platform allows Dreamers to request to meet with any Champion. We call this meeting a Mentor Moment. A Mentor Moment is when a Dreamer and Champion meet online via zoom.
We believe that community and purpose play a key role in a young person's life, and that having access to mentors can make a huge difference in the lives and development of our youth and young adults. We want everyone to have an equal chance of achieving their potential regardless of gender, race, background or any other factor.
TalentDreams is committed to serving youth and young adults ages 15-22. Particularly those tackling the challenges, trials, and tribulations adolescence and early adulthood can often bring. Through our mission, we strive to empower the youth of our community to tap into their potential and develop the confidence and skills to become the leaders they were born to be. These are our Members. We call them-

What does it mean to be a leader?Being a leader is just a state of… being. A mindset. It’s taking ownership of your life and starts from within. It’s holding yourself accountable, being true to who you are– and in doing so, that may inspire others to do the same.
That’s leadership. Everyone, can be a leader in their own life. We want to create a place for the youth of our community, where they can meet like-minded peers and mentors, discover their passions and talents, and surround themselves with a network of supporters who believe in them. Your donation as a Supporter is tax-deductible. TalentDreams is a non-stock non-profit organization registered with the IRS [we are a tax-exempt organization, as defined by section 501(c)(3) of the IRS], where donors may be able to deduct contributions for tax exemptions as provided in IRC 170(c)(2) of the U.S. Tax Code.
