Launch Schedule
At TalentDreams, we value transparency, and our goal is to have all documentation possible available online. This is our current schedule for rolling out TalentDreams with a target date of 4/1/2023 to begin serving our Member population.

2021 - July 2022
This is the past 12+ months of work starting in early 2021 that has gone into planning and setup, from creating the corporation, to filing and getting our 501(c)(3) status from the IRS, to formation of the board of directors, ideation and concept iteration, website creation, technology partner selection, developing early supporters and advisors, etc.~~Entirely funded by the President/Founder. |

Aug 2022 - Jan 2023
The stage we are currently in. We need financial assistance. This is a critical period that includes early staffing, creating the new website framework, integrating the matching engine that will operationally support our program, recruiting our first Mentors to seed that population so that we can in turn serve our Member population later in 2023, apply for grants that will help fund our mission, launch a Friends & Family fundraising goal of $20,000, significantly expand on the Friend of The Program roster (crucial/low lift), and much more.~~Need help financially for basic infrastructure and to meet operational needs through early . |

Feb 2023 - June 2023
Much of the groundwork is now laid. We will launch the new website, continue recruiting Mentors, work to begin developing Brand Ambassadors, begin a broader fundraising motion with a goal of raising $50,000 to support 2023 operations, and most importantly... conduct our first Member:Mentor sync!!!!!~~Need help financially to continue operations in 2023. |
3 - Official Launch! (production) |
July 2023IF we have achieved the critical milestones through the Beta and Soft Rollout, then we will now be ready to officially launch and begin serving our broader Member population. We will continue recruiting Mentors, start advertising for Members, begin slowly onboarding Members, and successfully recruit our first Brand Ambassador.~~Need help financially to set up further operations beyond 2023. |
