What is TalentDreams?
TalentDreams is committed to serving youth and young adults from ages 15-22. Particularly those tackling the challenges, trials, and tribulations adolescence can often bring. Through our mission, we strive to empower the youth of our community to tap into their potential and develop the confidence and skills to become the leaders they were born to be.
We want to make mentorship and leadership resources easily accessible to all youth in the community. Our goal is to help educate, challenge, inspire, and support the youth of our community.
How does it work?
We have a team of amazing and diverse Mentors with widely varying backgrounds who are available to speak 1:1 with Members who would like to hear about their experience, how they got to where they are, or what helped them do the things they have. Whether you want to know about a particular profession or career, what it's like to travel the world, have a specific interest, hobby or sport you'd like to know more about, we have a Mentor who can share his or her experience with you.
As a Member, you're able to create an account, develop a profile that includes things you're interested in learning more about, and our matching technology will identify the best Mentors in our database for you to speak with. Once the Mentor agrees to meet with you, we schedule the meeting which is then done over Zoom.

Things to KnowMembers who have gone through the TalentDreams orientation can access the network of Mentors provided through the program. This access is login-based and powered by a matching engine that allows members to search based on variables such as industry, focus areas, interests, and more. Members can also browse the Mentor Roster to see who is available to potentially meet with.
Keep in mind, there may be times when the Mentor you would like to speak with isn't available. In these circumstances, the TalentDreams team will look for the best alternative fit and work to schedule that for the Member.
All of our mentors go through a comprehensive 7-step approval process, and are vetted and approved by the TalentDreams team. For the safety and well-being of everyone involved, all mentor interactions with members are conducted over Zoom and recorded. These recordings are highly confidential and are not shared.
