TalentDreams was born out of a simple idea: that the right conversation, at the right time, can change someone’s life.
We know this to be true because we’ve lived it ourselves!
Founded as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2019, we’re run by a small but passionate team, and we’ve each experienced the transformational impact of mentorship in our own lives.

The Central Coast and Bay Area have produced tremendous talent over the years, and we want to provide the next generation access to this incredible collective resource.
Community
Community and purpose play a key role in a young person’s development, and TalentDreams is a community of like-minded peers for youth and young adults.
