How it works
We connect Mentors & Youth online
At TalentDreams, we believe in the life-changing power of a well-timed conversation. Through online mentorship, we help build relationships that put youth and young adults on a path toward success — whatever that looks like for them!
The process is simple:
- Sign up to become a member (we call them Dreamers!)
- Or sign up to become a nentor (we call them Champions!)
- Use our online platform to set up a time to talk one-on-one.
- Continue as often as you’d like!
That’s it. There’s no big commitment and it’s totally free. Share your experiences and get insights from others — that’s the power of TalentDreams.

Do we meet in person?
All TalentDreams meetings are conducted using Zoom so that anyone, anywhere, can benefit from a life-changing conversation. We call this a MentorMoment™. All meetings are also recorded.
What is a MentorMoment™?
This is what we call it when a Dreamer meets with a Champion. This is done using Zoom, so you can do it anywhere, anytime, even from the comfort of your own home!
Why is this free?
At TalentDreams we don’t want there to be a financial barrier to serving our Dreamers. We know everyone, and especially young people, benefit when they have resources available to help guide them. Our amazing Supporters, Champions, and donors create this opportunity through their generous donations.
What is “The Impact Network™” and what does it mean?
We aspire to be “The Impact Network™”. The premise of TalentDreams is simple: a single conversation can change a life. Not every conversation will. But any one of them can. And we’ll never know until the conversation takes place. All we want to do is foster opportunities for those conversations to take place. The whole idea of TalentDreams, is to dramatically increase the number of those conversations. The more conversations, the more impact.
We create space for life-changing conversations to take place. At scale. A single point of input at the right time can change lives, for the better.
Our goal is to help young people discover their inner leader, empowering them to make informed choices that help direct their lives. Help them understand they have ownership of their life. When this happens, they take control and realize it’s up to them. No one else is going to do
