Welcome to the new TalentDreams website!

Where Does TalentDreams Fit In?

Family and Educators are irreplaceable key resources for our Dreamers, with no substitutes. In fact, they're often the only resources for Dreamers.

But now there's TalentDreams!

We can be a key partner, working in conjunction with you as a parent or educator, to support the local youth and young adults of our community.

TalentDreams works closely with local high schools, talking with principals and career counselors, to help support the youth they are responsible for. We’re also working with local universities as well. We will also be working to build a support program for parents, and simply want to ensure our Dreamers have as many resources as possible to help them navigate what can be a difficult and chaotic period of their life.

You can learn more about the story behind TalentDreams, and how having key resources in addition to his parents and educators, changed his life and helped him find a path that led him to a place that could have been much different without those resources.

We believe that having access to mentors can make a huge difference in the lives and development of our youth and young adults, and are committed to partnering with all the resources in their lives. Please don’t hesitate to let us know how we can help.

What makes TalentDreams special?

TalentDreams is a lightweight program that youth and young adults from the ages of 15-22 can join. We are ideally positioned to serve this significant market population, in a broad-reaching and inclusive way. Our goal is to make mentorship and leadership resources easily accessible to anyone from that age range. Long-term, we want to help educate, challenge, inspire, and support the youth of our community.

Trisha Oksner Counselor

“I have seen the value first-hand of mentorship opportunities. Mentors provide guidance, support, and potential career opportunities for our students. I appreciate programs that look at the whole child and find ways to help that student shine.”

Julia Voge Parent

“Being a parent can be tough. At times it feels like my teenager and I are speaking a different language. And occasionally I’m definitely not his favorite person. With TalentDreams, it’s nice to know he has resources to stay connected with. He’s in contact with a Champion he can relate to that’s a good influence. Having a positive connection like that at his age can be powerful and make a real difference.”
