I just joined as a Champion, what do I do now?

1. Select a Champion Plan. You can “Activate” the free plan or choose a donation-based plan.**
   1. Complete your Profile using the profile wizard
      (This is a critical step, and the more complete it is, the better we’re able to match you with Dreamers. Please complete every field with as much detail as possible.)
2. Verify identity
   1. Email photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
3. Complete the Survey
4. Set up an Interview time with a TalentDreams Admin 
   1. You will be sent a calendar link
5. Complete the New Champion Training (NCT)
6. Background check
   1. You will receive an email 
7. Sign the Release & Waiver
   1. You will receive an email
8. Attend the New Champion Orientation (NCO)
9. Active Champion

That’s it! After attending the NCO, your Champion account will be turned to “Active” and this puts you live on the TalentDreams platform and you’re available to match with Dreamers. This is where the magic happens!!

Do I have to donate to be a Champion?

No, you absolutely do not. There is a free supporter plan any Champion can Activate. There is the option, of selecting a donation-based plan to support our basic operations and what we’re building with TalentDreams. 

These donations are what fund our operations, without which we would not be able to operate. 100% of all donations go towards helping us build TalentDreams. Whether free or donation-based, we’re incredibly excited you have decided to become a Champion!

**The donation-based plans are absolutely critical to the success of what we’re doing at TalentDreams. We urge you to consider a donation-based plan. The Standard Champion plan involves a $100 tax-deductible annual donation and plays a key role in our basic operations. An alternative to this is making a $10 monthly donation.

There are additional plans all the way up to the Centurion Plan which involves a $1,000 annual donation. Centurion Champion will be recognized and honored at every event we have, and go down in history as being part of the team– without whom, TalentDreams would not exist.
