Champion Onboarding Process

  1. Apply (15-20 min)
    1. Update Profile
    2. Pick a Plan
  2. TalentDreams Survey (15-20 min)
    1. Link will be sent
  3. ID Verification Email a copy of photo ID
    1. Driver’s licence or Passport
  4. Champion Interview
    1. Link will be sent to schedule your interview with TalentDreams
  5. Release & Waiver document signed
    1.  From BoldSign: we send
  6. Complete the New Champion Training (NCT) (45 min)
    1. Link will be sent to take our online training program (approximately 45 minutes)
  7. Background Check (1-2 min)
    1. Email from Verified First
  8. New Champion Orientation (NCO) (1 hour)
    1. We send a calendar link to register for NCO
  9. Upon completion of NCO, Champion becomes Active
    1. A Certificate of Completion will be sent by email
    2. Dreamers can request to meet with a Champion
    3. Matching Champion with Dreamers
