Completing your profile and picking a Plan will only take a few minutes, unless you haven’t filled out much information already.

The Survey is designed to gather more information about your interest in becoming a Mentor for TalentDreams. Completing the survey will take 15-20 minutes.

Before Step 4 Interview (below), email a copy of your driver’s license or passport.

The Interview will take about 15-30 minutes. This is a time to go over any questions you may have or we may have. 

The New Champion Training (NCT) is self-serve and online.  It will take about 45 minutes. The training contains great information about working with young people. 

Filling out the info for your background check will only take about 2 minutes. After you complete the training, you’ll receive an email with a link to enter your information for the background check. 

Signing the Release & Waiver will take a few minutes to read and sign.

The New Champion Orientation (NCO) will be a group meet on Zoom. This will take an hour.
